Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I initiate a return?

  3. Upload photos or videos to show the product problem (important) 

Your request will be reviewed within 3 business days of receiving your request. We will let you know if your return is accepted. 

Who pays for the shipping fee?

    • Free-return Items: If your product qualifies for free return, after your request is processed, we will send you a Shipping Label and address to drop off your package 
    • Non Free-return items:  The customer is responsible for the shipping cost

How do I know if my package qualifies for a free return?

Once we receive your request, our team will verify whether or not this is an item that qualifies for free return and we will let you know via email.

For free-return qualified items:

  1. Download and Print the Free Return label
  2. Pack your returned parcel securely and stick the printed Free Return label at the outer packaging
  3. Go to a post office/express station to scan your Free Return label and send your parcel

For non free-return qualified items:

  1. Please pack the goods with original package to make sure that it won’t be damaged in transit;
  2. Check the return address sent to you via email 
  3. Mail the goods with a traceable logistics;
  4. Send tracking number and logistics information to
